Which type of Controllers/PLC do we support?
We support AB/Rockwell Compact and Control Logic Controllers. Besides that we offer support for Micrologix, SLC 500 and Micro Controllers as well.
Can we help with other then PLC issues?
Yes, we can help you with other problems your equipment is experiencing. Safety circuit troubleshooting, motor overheating, jerking, tripping overload, your machine stopping suddenly with no alarm, etc.

How long before new program for a machine can be written?
It depends on the type of the machine. How complex it is and amount of tasks it has to perform to finish the work/cycle. Each machine is different. Some, simple machine can take a few hours, a day or two, and some a week or even more.
How long would it take to troubleshoot issue with the PLC?
We will do our best to get your PLC problem fixed as soon as possible. If the controller and/or any modules does not need replacement, in most cases we will fix it the same day.
Can we help troubleshoot Motion Control?
Yes, we can troubleshoot problems with motion control on your machine. Kinetix 6000 (SERCOS), Kinetix 5000 series, (including 5100, 5300, 5500 and 5700), and PowerFlex 527.
Do we offer PLC courses?
Yes, we do offer courses for beginners and more advanced programmers. PLC troubleshooting and Ladder Logic.
Which type of Variable Frequency Drives (VFD) can you help me with?
We offer installation, programming and troubleshooting for PowerFlex drives, including PF4, PF40, PF70, 400, 500 and 700 series. Besides PowerFlex drives we can help you with Baldor, AC Tech, Schneider and Danfoss VFDs’.
Do you design HMI application?
Yes, we can convert your application from an old HMI or create a brand new one from scratch for your new PanelView Standard or Performance. If needed, we can change your existing HMI application.
How much does it cost to learn PLC?
There are many sites and companies that offer PLC training. The price really depends on what you want to learn and what you already know. Courses for beginners are generally much cheaper than those for more advanced programmer who want to increase their PLC knowledge.

Is programming PLC easy?
Well, it depends on how complex machines you want to control, write your program for. The answer is YES and NO. For a “simple machine” programming might be easy to learn, but programming more complex equipment, including motion, function blocks, etc. might be challenging.
