With over 10 years of experience, we offer full support for your Allen Bradley/Rockwell Automation needs. PLC programming, including ControlLogix, and CompactLogix systems. SLC 500 and Micro controllers as well. HMI development, support for motion control, Kinetix drives. Besides the support for PLC, and its all components, we can help you build new automation control. We will design new system for your equipment (or make the new one based of your existing/obsolete one). We will program the PLC and HMI (Human Machine Interface), and build the control panel. We will make the full installation, wiring, including all needed devices on the machine/line (e-stops, interlock switches, sensors, etc.). We’ll assist with the startup and training.
What is PLC?
PLC (Programmable Logic Controller), as we like to call it, is like a “brain” of the machine. Depending on the written program, the PLC “tells” the machine what to do at the certain moment, time, or other events, based on the inputs (sensors , switches, etc.) attached to input module/s, or by manual entry by operator using HMI (Human Machine Interface), or other control devices, such as; push button, switches, etc.
How does PLC work?

PLC will not work without proper programming. Whether it’s a simple machine and a simple code or complex one, the program has to be written “RIGHT”. Based on the commands received from the input devices, PLC executes tasks written in its program and sends commands to all devices attached to the outputs.
How important is PLC?
Not every machine is controlled by the PLC. If it is, it’s very important for the controller to work properly. Badly written program can increase the time for the controller to execute tasks, meaning “lower overall performance of the machine”. Any problem with attached inputs and/or outputs modules can cause the controller to stop working/executing the program. When that happens your equipment will stop. Downtime is inevitable.
Obsolete, “Hard To Get” Parts?
Obsolete parts? It happens. With today’s technology growing so fast, what was new today could be old tomorrow. We can help providing effective upgrades for your systems. Replacing your hardware will not only help you eliminate struggle with finding “hard to get” parts, but it also will improve efficiency of your equipment. Upgrading of the equipment has its benefits. It will increase reliability of your machine. It will reduce the cost of your labor. It will reduce downtime. Automation can handle more tasks at the same time. With the new hardware, controller, safety circuit, HMI, your machine can work like never before. Like it was built just yesterday.
